This year 2012 God has given us a prophetic word" Exercising Kingdom Dominion"
Its your right to rule in every area of your life, you will not be under but an overcomer in Jesus name.
Recently as I was meditating, God dropped a word in my Spirit and thats the reason for this message.
The devil is still at work and still making many christians fall like Eve in the garden of Eden. He is still asking the same question he asked Eve to believers of today .
The bible says " The snake was the most intelligent of all the wild animals that the LORD God had made. He said to the woman, "Did God really say that you shouldn’t eat from any tree in the garden?" Gen.3:1
When we come to God we must beleive Him totally, He wants us to have absolute faith in Him, but this is very difficult in this generation because We're so advanced in knowledge and very intelligent.
The problem is we often doubt God by using our human intellect to reason the word of God.
Divinity can never be understood by human intelligence!
Jesus said the words that I speak unto you are spirit and they are life. You can't understand God with a carnal mind, you need to be in the spirit!
Paul said the carnally minded man cannot discern the things of the Spirit.
It is impossible to understand that when you give, you will receive with your human mind, but God's word says when you give you will receive, good measure, pressed down, shaking together, running over shall men give to your bosom! Glory!
It is impossible to understand with the human mind that even after your doctors have declared you barren, God still says you shall be fruitful, He says you should Sing, for more are the children of the desolete than She that borne many children.(Isaiah54:1)
The Eve generation is made up of Christians that are replacing revealation with Human wisdom and human reasoning. Satan told Eve to listen to his intellectual reasoning instead of the word of God.
We trust our newspapers, the books we've read, the different preachers that we've listened to, than the very written word of God.
Many times God speaks but the serpent questions us"Did God really say that" so we doubt and reason with human knowledge.
This year God wants you to live a lifestyle of miracles, signs and wonders! This means you have to believe his word, receive it without doubting. Lets look at Mary the mother of Jesus, when she had her encounter with the angel, she asked"How Can this Be?" The angel replied"Ye shall be concieved by the Holy Spirit" some versions says "You shall be Overshadowed by the Holy Spirit"
You need to be filled with the Holy Spirit and for every miracle or supernatural to be birthed the Holy Spirit must be in Charge. Let the Holy Spirit move on you this year, allow Him to birth out God's plans and purpose for you.
