The Eagle Anointing Part 2


Hello everyone!  I am continuing with the eagles anointing and I know that God wants you to understand what He has called you to be in Christ.


2.Eagles dwell on the mountain top

The dwelling place of an eagle is not where other birds can reach. Eagles dwell in heavenly places far above principalities and powers. They dwell on the mountain tops, Do you know Jesus was a mountain dweller? He often went to the mountain to pray and it was even on the mountain top that the transfiguration took place.When you dwell on the mountain top, you can’t mix up with chickens, you wouldn’t be equally yoked with unbelievers.The enemy that the eagle has to contend with are mountain snakes who come to steal the eggs of the eagle but the eagle has enough strength and skill to deal with them killing them with its strong beak.


3. Eagles are high flyers

Eagles are in a class of their own, God has lifted you up! They can fly as high as 10000 feet above sea levels. See what the bible says in col.3:1-2.

“Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things”

God wants you to soar and fly high in all areas of your life. Take the lead in Jesus name. That’s why we as believers are going to be innovative and trail blazers in Jesus name, great achievers are being raised that will be pioneers in their God given careers in Jesus name.


4. Eagles don’t eat dead things

Most birds are scavengers, they can pick any dead thing from the ground, and not so with an eagle. It has nothing to do with dead meat.

Do not eat anything you find already dead. You may give it to the foreigner residing in any of your towns, and they may eat it, or you may sell it to any other foreigner. But you are a people holy to theLord your God.(deut.14:12)

Sin is death! The works of the flesh are dead meat. Whatever is unholy, it’s unclean. Don’t touch sin, don’t play with sin. Flee from all appearance of evil. They don’t want to be where God used to be but where God is now.Eagles don't eat yesterday's manna but fresh manna from above is what they feed on, praise God!
