Fasting is a deliberate decision to abstain from food or pleasure for the purpose of seeking the Lord and feed the spirit man. Jesus said when you fast in Mat 6:16 not if you fast, so He is saying fasting is a must for every believer. If you are a believer in this wicked and dark world, you need to keep your spirit man on fire and walk in the spirit. Everything starts from the spirit and is controlled by the spirit. If a man’s spirit is dead, then everything dies. Fasting fuels your prayers, it intensifies your prayers! A believer cannot eat 365 days without feeding their spirit and looking after their souls! Man is a three dimensional being; a spirit, soul and body and if you must be balanced, you must attend to your spirit. Church member ship is very important for a New Testament believer. These day’s people don’t want to become a church member because they fear commitment and accountability. We're in an age where some people are members of a church they go online, this isn't Godly but a function of the new age movement. Recently I met someone who just realised that He's got a problem. He said "All my life I have been blaming people and very offended at the way I have been treated but never looked at my own attitudes and my flaws" This person has had a failed marriage&had a lot of financial problems because He has been unable to stay in a job. You will never move forward if you're blind to yourself deficiencies and only see what others are not doing right. Can you look inward & pray that Christ be formed in you!  God bless!!!

I haven't written anything this year as we were in a season of consecration! what a 21 days fast we had, it was just awesome. I have every reason to thank God for His faithfulness! God has just been too gracious to me and the entire Divine Exchange Family. We've seen the mighty hand of God in the lives of His people, the word of God working and prevailing mightily. There is a desperation in the heart of God's people and this will make us more radical in our worship and Faith work this year! Praise God! Today is a very significant day and we wouldn't have this opportunity as a generation to see today again. We can only have another 12-12-12 if Jesus tarries in the year 2112! As believers we must understand the prophetic meanings of numbers, Jesus had 12 disciples, Jacob had 12 sons who became the heads of the 12 tribes of Isreal. We see in the book of revelation that the New Jerusalem has 12 stones that adorned the walls of its 12 foundations, this city also has 12 gates.( Rev.21:12-14) God commanded the children of Israel to use 12 stones to build a memorial as they crossed the Jordan ( Joshua4:2-7) God's prophet Elijah built an altar with 12 stones representing the twelve tribes of Israel before the prophets of Baal, and God answered by fire! Prophetically in biblical numerology the number twelve is the number for government, authority, dominion and establishment.
